Investors: This is our core market. Our active database of investment buyers are decisive, buy on the strength of the available information and their relationship with an agent, often without visiting a location, buy multiple units, or make a series of purchases over a period of time.

Holiday home buyers: Often weighing up a number of locations of interest, holiday home buyers are fairly affluent, with roughly even numbers of cash buyers, and those using remortgages or local finance.

Home buyers: Normally in the early stage of their plans to move abroad, home buyers restrict their search to one particular country, but can take their time coming to a decision.
